Is Coaching the same as Therapy?
No. Coaches do not perform therapy, do not treat any mental illnesses, trauma, or diagnose any conditions. As your personal accountability partner, we put all the power in your hands. We have focused conversations to bring awareness, let go of resistance, and have you CREATE your desired results.

How will my coaching sessions take place?
All coaching sessions will be 1 on 1 through the Zoom virtual platform. You will have your own login and digital portal to access the resources and curriculum.

Do I need to have something I want to fix to benefit from coaching?
The answer is no. As a matter of fact there is nothing to be "fixed". We coach on the premise that your potential lies within. We are there to bring that potential out.

Is a Coach there to tell me what I need to do?
No. As a coach, part of what we do is disrupt your beliefs and patterns. Especially if they have been limiting you from creating change. Although we do not direct your choices, we do challenge your perspective and dig deep to discover what is holding you back.

Do I need to stop thinking to be able to meditate?
Absolutely Not! It is impossible to stop thoughts or images from popping up. However we can allow those to pass on by. In time, you will be able to elongate the space between whatever arises during your meditation practice, and the easier it will become.

Do I need to have prior experience to meditate?
Not at all. The mind is malleable thanks to neuroplasticity. Essentially, this means the brain will respond like a muscle. When you use a particular part of the brain repeatedly it will grow over time, becoming skilled at performing that task. Isn't that neat!

Do I need to meditate like a monk?
You do not have to be a monk to meditate. You most certainly do not have to live in an isolated part of the world, or even sit in a lotus position. All you need is an open mind and heart!

Can I meditate if I have a physical injury or impediment?
You absolutely can! There are tons of ways you can meditate. There are many options; from laying down, standing up, to even taking a stroll!

Will a meditation practice take up too much of my time?
There are many that make time and place, an excuse not to meditate. You don't have to start out meditating for hours on end. You can simply start small and work your way up to longer periods. Plus, a parked car or even a bathroom is a great place to meditate. It's the effort that counts!
